Letting Go of the Lie

If you are anything like me, you may have believed that voice in your head that says, “You can’t do that”, or “they won’t like you”, or one of the worst ones, “you’re not good enough”.  Well today I have realized the truth and no longer believe the lie.

I tell myself, “Why not me, I am made perfect just the way I am” and “if they don’t like me, that is fine because I like me” and my favorite, “I can do anything I set my mind to”.

I have a God who has taught me how to love by his perfect example of his unconditional love he expresses to all of us.

I finally have that self-love that I was lacking most of my life.  AND today I have hope because of it.  So you too can look in the mirror, knowing you are made perfect, just the way you are, and love yourself believing you too can move mountains, or in my case, write a book!
